The legal formula has been converted in 2006 into limited liability company (Ltd. ).

At present our services are focused on giving assistance to small and medium enterprises in adjusting their operations according to EU standards as well as supporting them in forming competitive edge. Services include such issues as project financing - designing financial structure with taking into consideration the EU funding sources, assistance in financial management as well as in process of preparation of an enterprise to compete on challenging European markets and problem solving. New services are developed and implemented on regular basis covering international exchange of commodities (trading), mergers and acqusitions, restructurings, new business establishments, partner search, supply chain improvements and organizational developments. We are convinced we could contribute into projects purposed to establish outsourcing operations.
